Furthermore, you agree to receive e-mails from Malaysia Airlines that may assist in planning your travels including, but not limited to fare information, new services, etc. Fares available on MHenterprise are fares which are available only for travel and tracking purposes. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site. Please check the Terms periodically if there are any changes to the Terms. Malaysia Airlines shall provide the Company with a Company Log in ID (hereinafter "CLID"). Company employees must use the CLID to book each reservation made with Malaysia Airlines on MHenterprise. If you are an authorized business traveler of your Company, please obtain your CLID from your Company Travel Manager. This CLID should not be disclosed or given to any unauthorized persons.
This agreement is entered into between Malaysia Airlines and the enrolled MHenterprise Company. Malaysia Airlines shall provide the Company Travel Manager with travel report on monthly basis. These reports should not be shared with persons not affiliated with Company and should be maintained in the strictest confidence. If the enrolled MHenterprise Company shares its CLID and/or reports with any 3rd party group, Malaysia Airlines shall not be held responsible for any potential costs or abuse of data arising from such disclosure.
Authorized business travelers of Company may request a refund on behalf of Company by sending an email to us ([email protected]) and providing the reservation locator and the CLID.

Indemnification

Termination
Malaysia Airlines reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without prior notice.
